- Some bonuses must be manually activated by you in Your Account. Unless stated otherwise you can do this after logging into Your Account and depositing the amount required to access the Bonus. Such Bonuses can only be activated when real money is available in Your Account. If you play with any of your deposited funds prior to claiming the Bonus, lost funds cannot be used to activate the Bonus.
- Rest of the World CustomersThe bonus amount will be placed into a Bonus Balance and will be kept separate from your Cash Balance. When you claim a Bonus, your real money, the Bonus, and all winnings generated from them will remain as Bonus money, subject to restriction and not withdrawable or wagered on other products until wagering requirements are met. Your balance will be available again only when you have met the Wagering Requirements, that is when the sum in your Bonus Balance linked to the active bonus will be transferred into your Cash Balance.
- All Bonuses have a wagering requirement that needs to be completed within a given time frame before any potential winnings and/or bonuses can be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirements of a Bonus means the total amount of bets you must stake before the Bonus and any accrued winnings are transferred into your Cash Balance and can be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirements for each Bonus are set out in the specific terms for the Bonus and will be expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount, or of the Bonus plus the Deposit amount, along with a time limit by which this amount must be played through. Any attempt to withdraw any funds or cash out any placed bets prior to the complete fulfillment of the Bonus wagering requirement may result in the Bonus and any winnings attained being forfeited. System bets do not count towards the wagering requirements. Only bets that have been placed and settled during the campaign period will be considered towards the wagering requirements. Any bets that are placed and settled outside this period will not count.
- Any evidence or reasonable suspicion that specific bets were placed on any Game (i.e. betting in proportions on different outcomes in the same hand to create “action”) without risk will not qualify for any wagering requirement. Examples of bets without risk include betting on red and black simultaneously in Roulette and betting player and banker simultaneously in Baccarat. If you are found to be colluding with other players, for example, one person betting on the player, the other betting on the banker, you will have your bets canceled, your account closed and all deposits made by you may be forfeited.
- Where any Bonus is capable of (for example due to enhanced odds) giving you guaranteed or increased chances of profits irrespective of the outcome; and we have any evidence or reasonable suspicion that you have placed a bet or multiple bets (alone or in a group of players) across any of the websites belonging to ibet Group on such a Bonus, then we may withdraw the Bonus and all winnings attained by you during the wagering of the Bonus and we may also close Your account and withhold all funds remaining on Your Account at our absolute discretion.
- If you cancel the Bonus, You will lose the Bonus and all winnings generated from the Bonus. Details on the applicable restrictions can be found in the specific terms of the promotion.
- We have the right to refuse any player a Bonus or we may alter the Bonus (including cancellation), if we believe that:
- the Bonus is being abused (our definition of abuse includes but is not limited to a player making use of promotional offers without ever risking their own funds);
- technical issues have occurred in relation to the Bonus;
- the Bonus is, for any reason, not able to be conducted as planned.

- General Betting Rules
- Special betting rules apply to certain types of sport and betting markets. These special betting rules have preference over the General Betting Rules.
- In addition to the general and special betting rules, specific rules apply to some betting markets.
- Sports bets can be made as single, combination (accumulated bets) or system bets. Single bets may not be allowed for certain types of sports or events. Details of this can be taken from the current odds lists (e.g. min. 3 games).
- For the purpose of presentation, certain phrases, characters or numbers are used for bets, the meanings of which are explained in more detail below:
- ‘1’ means that the first-mentioned team wins. ‘2’ means that the second-mentioned team wins. ‘X’ means that no team wins.
- ‘2-way bet’: A bet on ‘1’ wins if the first-mentioned team wins. ‘2’ wins if the second-mentioned team wins. In the event of a tie, all stakes are refunded.
- ‘Over/under-bet’: A bet on ‘-‘ wins if the number of events on which bets are placed is less than the number specified in the bet. A bet on ‘+’ wins consequently if the number of goals is higher.
- ‘Double chance’: ‘1X’ means that the first-mentioned team does not lose. ‘X2′ means that the second-mentioned team does not lose. ’12’ means that the game will not end in a draw.
- ‘Bet on the run of play’: ‘1/1’ means that the first-mentioned team scores first and win the game. ‘1/X’ means that the first-mentioned team scores first and the game ends in a draw. ‘1/2’ means that the first-mentioned team scores first and goes on to lose the game.
- ‘Handicap’: In a handicap bet, one team starts the game with a ‘fictional lead’. This handicap is added to the final result. The final result is evaluated including the handicap. A handicap of 0:1.5 means, for example, that the second-named team will have 1.5 points/goals added to its final result.
- ‘Rest of the game bet’: Events that are already concluded (e.g. goals or played sets) do not count.
- The result after regular game time, including added injury or stoppage time, applies for all sports. Possible extra time or penalty shoot-outs do not affect the evaluation of winnings. Exceptions to this are made known either at betting markets or in special rulings for the sports.
- If the party on which the bet has been placed does not participate in the event, regardless of the reasons, but the event itself takes place, the bet has been lost. This applies to all sports bets. However, if the entire betting event does not take place the bets will be declared invalid.
- Only a player who scores for his own team is considered to be the point-scoring player/goal scorer.
- For the ‘goal scorer’ type of bet, the player on which the bet has been placed must participate in the game from the beginning of the event, otherwise the bet shall be invalid. Subsequent substitutions shall not be taken into account in this context. The exception to this rule is: Bets placed on the “1st goal scorer” market remain valid even if the player does not start or does not take part in the entire match.
- For bets on standard situations (e.g. corners or free kicks), only the standard situation which actually occurred and, with reference to timing, the time of the actual occurrence, are counted. For bets on the event which triggered the standard situation (e.g. foul, offside), the time of the referee’s whistle will be considered to be the time of the event.
- Dead heat: If two or more participants in a sporting event are declared winners, the betting odds will be divided accordingly.
- Long-term bets
- In general, long-term bets are offered for the turnout of a major event (tournament). For example, the bet could be offered in the form of a question:
- Which football team will win the world cup?
- Who will win the Wimbledon tennis tournament?
- Which team will be relegated from the German Bundesliga?
- Long-term bets are evaluated regardless of whether or not all participants are listed or take part. All stakes for long-term bets are lost if the participant or team, on which the bet was placed, fails to take part or gives up.
- The actual result is based on the last game/event (e.g. final match or last day of play) at midnight (local time of the event). Changes to the result made after this point – regardless of the reason – have no effect on the evaluation of the betting event.
- If two or more participants share a particular final position, the rates/odds are divided by the number of participants sharing the position.
- In general, long-term bets are offered for the turnout of a major event (tournament). For example, the bet could be offered in the form of a question:
- Live bets
- Live bets are explicitly open to betting even after the event has begun. The odds are continually adjusted to the current run of play. Since up-to-date data is of the essence, live bet odds are only shown on special screens in the betting shop or on the Website.
- Once ibet has accepted a live bet. it can no longer be canceled by the customer.
- If data transmission is delayed and/or TV reporting is time-delayed during live bets, resulting in a major change in the run of play not being taken into account in the odds, ibet reserves the right to evaluate any bets placed as invalid.
- For every live bet, the current result/latest score is always quoted. The bet is invalid if the latest score quoted for the event on which the bet was placed is significantly incorrect.
- Furthermore, the general betting rules and the specific sports rules also apply to live bets.
- All information provided by ibet is without guarantee; this includes the Website, all advertising, social media channels and newsletters. In particular, starting times, results, statistics, live scores etc. may change without ibet’s knowledge or may be incorrectly transmitted by third parties.
- ibet takes no responsibility for the correctness of additional information relating to the contest (e.g. league cup or friendly match), shortened playing time (short tournaments, indoor tournaments) or the venue (e.g. neutral ground). This information has no influence on the determination of winnings.
- Betting on several betting markets for one sporting event in a combination bet (e.g. SS Lazio wins and final result 4:1 for SS Lazio) is prohibited.
- In cases of doubt, the evaluation of all events (e.g. whether there was an own goal) is based on the official evaluation by the respective association.
- Placing Bets Cash out
- Each time the customer places a bet he/she acknowledges the General Terms and Conditions in their valid version.
- The minimum stake per bet is EUR 1.00. DeviaAng regulaAons as regards the amount of the minimum stake may apply.
- A bet is only accepted when the customer’s account holds sufficient funds. If a wager is accepted despite insufficient funds, for example due to a technical fault, the bet shall be deemed to have not been placed. If the customer’s account funds only cover part of the stake, ibet reserves the right to accept the bet with a stake at the fund amount.
- The customer is obliged to check that the details of his/her bet are correct. Under certain circumstances, ibet offers the possibility to cancel a bet. Cancellation can be requested online under ‘My Bets’. In general, live bets cannot be canceled.
- A bet is considered as accepted when the customer receives a confirmation and the bet is shown in the customer’s account under ‘My Bets’.
- A bet is invalid if the date and time of placing the bet or the customer’s necessary personal data have verifiably been omitted due to transmission errors. The stake shall be refunded.
- ibet determines a fixed time until bets are accepted. Bets that are accepted after the start of the betting event are invalid in any case. This does not apply to live bets.
- Only records made by ibet are authoritative in relation to the contents of all bets. On request, ibet is obliged to present these records. Adjustments of the betting account can only be made in case of an obvious error or obvious typing or calculation error.
- Only natural persons acting in their own name and on their own account may conclude betting contracts with ibet. The placement of bets in the name of and on account of third parties or as a syndicate is not permitted.
- Gaining an unfair advantage through collusion or association with other betting customers or through the use of other dishonest methods is forbidden. If irregularities are discovered, such as the same bet being placed frequently or with an unusually high stake by one or more customers, then any such bets may be declared invalid and the customer’s account closed.
- Without prejudice to regulation A.II.1.e ibet may permit commercial bets in case of prior authorization/approval.
- Bets on sporting events in which the customer is involved (e.g. participating as a sportsman, an owner, a manager or an official of a participating association) are not permitted. ibet reserves the right to cancel these bets even after the event has finished. This also applies in the event of violations against the regulations of an association.
- If information is known about the outcome of the event or the customer had knowledge relating to the outcome of the event at the time a bet was accepted, then the bet can be declared invalid.
- The customer can see the betting history of his entire past period under ‘Account Details. The customer can choose to display certain periods and print out the betting history in the form of an account statement at any time.
